the immediate availability of MailRoom ToolKit Capture quick addressing software.
This newest member of the MailRoom ToolKit family is built for call centers and
other data entry organizations that benefit from point-of-entry address verification
and need a solution that requires minimal Information Technology (IT) involvement.
Some industries, such as healthcare, have strict rules regarding updating or changing
addresses once entered into their systems. Point-of-entry addresses verification
ensures that addresses are entered correctly from the start.
MailRoom ToolKit Capture provides point-of-entry address validation in a self-contained
window. This single-address certification includes DPV®, LACSLink® and SuiteLink™
processing. Users can enter addresses with fewer keystrokes, such as a street address
and ZIP Code™, or even just a partial street name. This saves time and reduces the
aggravation caused by asking customers to repeat and re-spell unusual cities and
street names.
Implementing MailRoom ToolKit Capture does not require programming skills. The first
time it is used with an application or address form, it invokes the Visual Field
Mapping feature, which automatically identifies possible address fields and provides
a drop-down list of options. These settings are saved into unique signatures for
each application, which Capture uses automatically as needed. A manual mapping option
is also available for situations where addresses are entered into a text block rather
than a form.
